Due to Washington State Governor Proclamation 20-05, and amendment 20-28, restricts in-person public meetings due to Covid-19. Until such restrictions are lifted official board minutes may not be signed; however, minutes are approved at each board meeting showing the validity of the previous minutes being accepted as official documents of the Board of Commissioners.
